No Show / No Contact Policy
At The Furbaby Inn, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, we simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
No Show Definition
A No Show / No Contact occurs when a client:
- Does not arrive for their scheduled check-in or pickup time, and
- Does not contact The Furbaby Inn to notify us of the delay, cancellation, or change in plans.
Arrival No Shows
If you do not arrive for your scheduled boarding reservation and have not contacted us:
- Your reservation may be canceled.
- The reserved boarding space may be released to another client.
- Future reservations may be declined.
Pickup No Shows
If you do not pick up your pet as scheduled and have not contacted us:
- We will make reasonable efforts to reach you using the contact information on file.
- If we cannot reach you, your pet will continue to receive care, and additional boarding charges will apply for each additional day.
- If an emergency prevents you from picking up your pet, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Extended Failure to Retrieve Your Pet
If we are unable to contact you or your emergency contact for an extended period, and your pet is not retrieved, The Furbaby Inn reserves the right to take any action permitted by applicable law to ensure the safety and welfare of your pet, including contacting local animal authorities or other appropriate agencies.
Communication
We understand that emergencies happen. If you are running late or your plans change, a quick phone call, text message, or email allows us to adjust our schedule and continue providing exceptional care for all of our guests.
